Shipping policy

Canadian Orders
All orders in Canada receive free shipping on orders over $60 CAD, otherwise shipping will be $3.50 - $8.00 CAD for Regular Parcels (without tracking). Express Shipping + Tracking is available for an additional $10 CAD. Orders paid for will be fulfilled within 3 to 5 business days. Canada Post will then take 2 to 13 business days for delivery, or 2 to 7 business days for Express Parcels.

USA Orders
All orders in continental USA receive free shipping on orders over $60 CAD, otherwise shipping will be a flat rate of $9 CAD for Regular Parcels (without tracking). Shipping upgrades + tracking is available for an additional $10 CAD. Orders paid for will be fulfilled within 3 to 5 business days. USPS will then take 3 to 5 business days for delivery. 

In the case that customs duties, taxes, or charges are assessed, it is the responsibility of the customer to pay for the amount. Orders refused upon delivery will not be eligible for a refund.

International Orders
Shipping for all other International orders will be charged a flat rate of $15 CAD. Orders paid for will be fulfilled within 3 to 5 business days. Our third party shipping partners will then take 5  to 45 business days for delivery. 

In the case that customs duties, taxes, or charges are assessed, it is the responsibility of the customer to pay for the amount. Orders refused upon delivery will not be eligible for a refund.
