If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please message us within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. Products must be returned in new or gently used condition - we reserve the right to refuse refund if a product is returned damaged or heavily used.

We will respond to your request within 3 business days. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
You will not be responsible for paying your return shipping costs. Please note that any original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
