Do you offer local pick-up?
Yes, we offer local pick-up in the Trout Lake neighborhood of Vancouver, BC. Please note it's not a store front so you can not purchase at the door. Please place your order online, select local pick up, and receive an order ready confirmation before picking up. Address details will be available in your order confirmation.
What is your shipping policy?

How do you package your orders?
We try our best to reduce our footprint by packing our orders with reused or recyclable materials.
How should I care for my products?
Most of our products are machine wash & tumble dry safe. You can refer to the product pages for more details. Please wash before use and allow for some shrinking. Shrinkage is already considered when designing the size of the product.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Do you offer a wholesale program?
